Rachmadita Andreswari, S.Kom., M.Kom. is a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where she integrates fairness into process mining algorithms. Her work examines how organizational and educational processes can be made more transparent and equitable through data-driven analysis.

She holds a Master's degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), specializing in performance analysis of process mining algorithms applied to production and material management. She is also a lecturer (Lektor) at Telkom University, Indonesia, and previously served as Head of the Information Systems Department.

Her recent publications address fairness in online education, conformance in educational processes, and business process analysis in software development.
